How your Form 4 Moves From Dealer to  Approval

  1. Your dealer initiates the Form 4 in ATF eForms

  2. The draft appears automatically in your ATF eForms account

  3. You complete your portion (personal information, eligibility questions, PIN)

  4. Your dealer reviews, certifies, and submits the Form 4 to ATF

  5. After approval, you complete ATF Form 4473 and take possession
